Reliable data is the foundation for this. In my current role, I’ve improved both speed and accuracy in our data processes, enabling management to make fact-based decisions. Without data quality, analysis risks becoming a paper product no one dares to act on.
Once data is reliable and insights are clear, only then can true strategy and implementation begin.
